24-48 hours after the property is scanned, the link to a 3D virtual tour will be provided.

The time to scan equates to about 1 hour for every 1000 square feet of the property.

The pricing is based off of square footage “under air” meaning that properties with outdoor areas can have them included in the 3D tour at no additional cost.

The price includes an HTML embedded code for your business’s website or for listings’ hosts like Trulia, Zillow, MLS, etc. 

Photos for the listing can be downloaded from any of the views in the 3D showcase at no additional charge.

Location can influence pricing, so additional information can be requested outside of Broward and Dade counties.

The link is valid for 1 year from the day of receiving the 3D showcase. Every subsequent year will cost $50.
